Who We Are
MetalCap is a customer focused, value driven company, which aims to provide good value services and supports to its clients and partners. MetalCap Group has been in operation since 2005 and was established as a business to business engineering support service provider in the oil and gas sector. MetalCap operates within the ISO compliant systems of HSE and Quality Assurances.

Our clients are well known Engineering based Companies, mainly engaging in Oil and Gas Industry. Our staff members were drawn from various disciplines and have vast experience in the oil and gas industry on the construction, maintenance and engineering divisions.
Our Operations
MetalCap has operations in UAE and Kazakhstan and has representative partners and agents located in United Kingdom, Russia, Japan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Singapore and Malaysia, dealing in oil related activities and we also provide assistance in acquisition of oil related businesses and products.
Our Principal
The principal personnel is Mr H Y Leong, President of the Company and who has considerable years of experience in the oil and gas business, working in United Kingdom, UAE, Russia and Azerbaijan.
